Logged out and lost everything

I logged out to try and use another device and lost everything. Please help.

On 11/02/2020 I purchased and was charged $ 99.99 for a VIP token package and did NOT receive any tokens. If not resolved by tomorrow I am going to contact my bank and dispute all charges from your thieving company.
