Hello Poker Legends Support. My name is Rondell Bowman and I play your Poker Legends App. When I reached 5 Million chips I got a level up and it also said here's 5 Million chips but I didn't receive any chips when I pressed collect. This issue has happened every time I leveled up, I never get the million that I'm supposed to receive. Can you reimburse me giving me what I'm supposed to receive in chips?

I met the milestone requirements for 25 vip tokens i did not receive them last week i did not get the 60 tokens for meeting all requirements i messaged and received one email back with no resolution to the issue i have screenshot of my vip amount and of the milestone achievement
